This is the time of New Years Resolutions where we all get big ideas in our heads on what we're going to achieve in 2012. We want to challenge you to forget New Years resolutions, and make a New Life Resolution instead!
No quick fixes, no fads, just taking steps to make your life better. Feel good, pursue your dreams - health, family, career, or otherwise. What positive changes are you going to make NOW?

ReplyDeleteI have a weight loss page on facebook called journeytohealthNewmark and I tell all my followers (up to 387 currently) about your wonderful bra's. I first read about enell bra's from skinny emmie's blog and I ordered my first one a year ago. I've worn it every time I worked out and I am in love. I have since bought a 2nd bra and I would reccomend this bra to anyone who needs a good workout bra. When one of my facebook friends asks me for a remmendation, I never think twice about telling them ENELL. :)

ReplyDeleteI'm sick of my workout excuses being related to my bras digging into my sides and shoulders because I have to buy them super small in order to control my boobs!!! ReplyDeleteI joined a boot camp 7 months ago. I made the commitment to go every scheduled day. I attend 4 days per week, and have lost 45 lbs since I began in July. My blood pressure, and cholesterol are reaching normal levels. I absolutely love the way I feel. Thanks Enell for your "support" with my 34DDDs

ReplyDeleteI love my Enell bras and always get new ones twice a year because they allow me to train hard and know that I'm getting good support and also not have to worry about any uniform "mishaps" when I'm training with the guys. I've been wearing them for about 5+ years and plan to wear them forever.~Libbie~
I would love to win a new bra!! I just got off the treadmill and had to wear 2 sports bras to keep them in place! I am larger than a DDD (haven't been sized lately!) and I find it so hard to find a comfortable bra :(

I will continue to support, motivate and inpspire on my fanpage WalkertoRunner on facebook. I tried on an Enell bra suggested by one of my fans and was amazed on the support this bra gave. At the time I was inbetween sizes 2-3 and decided to wait until I could fit more comfortable in the 2. I am there now I believe! I believe this bra will allow me to run faster, and jump higher and 100% give me the support I need. ps I also liked you Enell on facebook. Lorie

ReplyDeleteAnyway, I don't believe in New Year's Resolutions because I believe that EACH and EVERY day is a change to make better choices in everything we do. I felt a lump back in November and due to my mother being diagnosed with Stage 4 Inflammatory Breast Cancer, there was no delay in sending me in for multiple diagnostic scans. I found out on January 2nd that everything is fine, but they still want to monitor me every 6 months.
I am thankful for every day that I am here, without any health concerns. I take in every opportunity for my favorite activity, trail running, and I refuse to wear anything but Enell!
