Exercise for Life

I bet if I were to ask you right now for 10 excuses of why you can't exercise today, many of you wouldn't have a problem coming up with them. Exhaustion, scheduling conflicts, kids needing you, headache... the list goes on and on.

MSNBC featured a South Carolina man who offers a great reality check with regards to the need for exercise. Of course we know we should exercise because it's good for us, or because we want to look good, but sometimes we should remember that it's important for longevity also.

You see, Frank Ventre is 102 years old (or as he notes, 103 years in another month). He goes to his gym 5-6 days per week to exercise and credits it with keeping him healthy. He said he doesn't like the feeling of watching TV and falling asleep - something I wish I shared with him!

Check out Frank's video below, and have a great workout! It's about life.
