Spa Water Recipes

We all know the importance of proper hydration, especially as it gets warmer outside. Many people tend to gravitate towards other beverages besides water: soda, coffee, fruit juices, etc. The argument is that water is too plain and boring, which is an argument we totally get.

Instead of heading for the soda, how about fancying up your water?



Here are some ideas to make "spa water." Add these ingredients to a water carafe and keep in your refrigerator for a refreshing treat!

  • Cucumber Water: This is just as quick and easy as adding lemon to your water, just swap it out for cucumber! 
  • Strawberry Pineapple Water: Core and slice up a pineapple as well as 1 carton of strawberries. Slightly sweet and fruity.
  • Cucumber and Ginger: For when you want things kicked up a notch!
  • Berry Bliss: Mash up strawberries and raspberries into a pulp and stir into your water
