Motivation Monday: Joy

Joy comes in many different forms. Have you ever noticed that when you see someone truly excited or joyful that it spreads to you as well? We talked last week about finding the fun in fitness and relaxing on activities that you really don't enjoy. For me, it means admitting defeat on running for now as it makes me miserable. For others, it means giving up that spinning class that your best friend promised you'd grow to love.

  1. For me, I found some joy in the gym today progressing in my kettlebell dead lifts! (Talk about a sentence I never thought would come from my fingers!)
